I would tell the breeder you are having the DNA done..and will show her the results...what do you want the breeder to do...refund all your money, which the breeder does not have to do...refund part and you keep your puppy or return the pup for a refund...it will pretty much be a small claims count route...any breeder that sells your puppy as purebred does not sound like they care about the buyers side of it...
A judge would give you a choice of returning the pup for a full refund or paying you the difference between a purebred and and a mixed breed pupp..which could be more or less depending where you live...here in south Florida I see people pay a lot of money for a "designer" breed..when they could buy an AKC pup from a show breeder.,.. |
