Just because applications come in does not mean we HAVE to adopt the dog out while we are trying to figure out ownership. It really is not so difficult to investigate.

Would the rescue be accused of trying to give the dog away if they kept it up in the adoptable page? People read things differently at times. Like I said before, I don't know how rescue works. I really hope this is all just a big misunderstanding.
