It's something he's just gotten better at with age. I do it when he gets a bath once a week. It's easier for me to do it while he's in the sink and it's just part of his bath routine. I just pry his mouth open and brush as best as I can -- I'm not sure how great of a job I do. Then I rub some Petzlife gel over his teeth on both sides. He's over 2 now and has nearly perfect teeth, there's just some tartar on the top canine teeth that I am trying to get off.
