So I tried brushing my pup's teeth for the first time yesterday. Normally she is good about "putting up" with the grooming she doesn't like (baths, brushing, etc.) but she HATED the toothbrush! She freaked out so bad that I couldn't hold her still to even get the brush in her mouth. All I ended up with was a glob of toothpaste on her mouth. And I could tell she hated the taste (I think it was chicken flavor) which is shocking b/c she's Miss Piggy and will eat anything! Does anyone have any advice on brushing your baby's teeth, or is this something I'm going to have to leave to the groomer?
