I have PetPlan for Pfeiffer and I've had really good interactions with them. I wish I'd gotten it for Wylie and Marcel, but it wouldn't really benefit them now (best if you get it when puppies so that they have no pre-existing conditions).
Some people have not had good experiences with PetPlan, but I guess that happens with all insurance companies...? Others here have different ins plans and have had good experiences with them too.
