Our 25th anniversary, he got me 25 red silk flowers (not even pretty ones). I was hurt. His reasoning, they would last longer and there were "25" of them, like getting the number right would be appreciated
lol...as it turned out, I do use them on the 4th of July as a table centerpiece
Not us, but b-i-l bought s-i-l new work boots for Christmas, so she could carry in the firewood. Such a thoughtful jerk....lol...they long ago divorced, not over the boots though.
