Yeah, I can't believe how much a coffee pot takes! We have a generator now and it says that if you want to brew coffee, you have to turn off other appliances and only brew the coffee and then turn everything else back on! Crazy huh?
I think I'm going to have to get a french press... i do not have a gas stove though to boil water and I'd use the grill, but usually when we have power outages here its because it's weather you do not want to be outside in!
