If her tooth is infected, it means the nerve is dead and the tooth abscessed. Extraction is the only option. It is very painful so I would get it done asap.

Getting her spayed will most likely extend her lifespan, not shorten it. If you get her spayed before she ever comes into heat you will eliminate her chance of ever getting mammary cancer. You will also prevent pyometra, a life threatening uterine infection.
