It happens. Just get it fixed. The chances of your pup getting very sick or dying from oral issues and pyometra are higher than the risk of anesthesia. Just do bloodwork first. A spay and dental can easily be done together. Pulling a tooth shouldn't take long. My girl had a spay, liver biopsy, and dental at the same time all while being liver compromised. Make sure your vet follows a good anesthetic protocol. The longer the teeth stay like this, the bigger chance that there will be organs problems.
