I understand that feeling completely. It is hard to see a "stranger" and trust they know what to do. When I took Rosie I called my vet first thing Monday morning. Just to know that everything was ok. Even my vet wasn't 100% happy with the er vet. You know your baby and will know if she should be seen. I would get her to my vet first thing in the morning.

It is great she is drinking. They always told me that is more important than eating at this point. Of course eating will come. Have you tried boiled chicken? Rosie will usually take to that before she will eat dog food after she has been sick. Just a few suggestions.
