Default Yorkie with a infected tooth

My female yorkie went to the vet last week and has a infected tooth! the vet showed me. It was yellowish/greenish in color and was towards the back of her mouth.
The vet has reccomended a dental cleaning and the tooth might have to be extracted. Also the vet, wants to spay her at the same time. I am very scared about having all this done at once.

I brought her in to see the vet for her rabies shot and a booster, and fecal exam. Now to know this. All of the surgery costs will be around 300 , and that is just a estimate. I am so afraid of losing her during surgery because she would be out for a longer time. Then the post op .
I am also scared because I have heard that bad teeth , even though it is just one, can cause organ damage... I asked the vet about this, and he said that what damage is already occured that's all he told me. SO now I am a nervous wreak , thinking my dog is going to have a shorter lifespan
