I use the same Isle of Dogs on both Lil Bit and Beamer. Lil Bit is kept in a puppy cut too. Beamer is the one with the silky coat. Beamer does get some tangles, but not many and they comb right out. I have also noticed since I have been using the Isle of Dogs, that the "stickers' he gets in his coat just sort of slide right out when he is combed.
