Personally if it were my dog I would elect to have the teeth pulled at the same time as the spay. I would also ask that they give an injection of Metacam IV instead of Rimadyl and have her go home with oral Metacam instead of oral Rimadyl. I prefer metacam to rimadyl in small breeds.
I would also make sure they are giving IV fluids during and after the surgery, especially since she is small.
Lastly I would ask that they not give the hydro shot before going home. It can have a powerful sedative effect and I wouldn't want her going home like that.
