Hi, Sorry to hear about your pup not doing well. Your post really concerns me as this could possibly be an emergency situation... is there any way to have him seen by neuro sooner? You could call them and ask if they see emergencies... may cost extra but would be worth doing. If not, I have to recommend that you keep him confined, until you can get a definite diagnosis. When was your pup last vaccinated, and what vaccines did he get?
