Unlove Neurological Issue In Back (back legs weak) HELP!

Hi, my 2 yr old yorkie baby suddenly started wobbling - he runs a bit sideways, can no longer use steps greater than about 6 inches. Took him to the vet every day for the last 3 days. At first they thought it was something strained and gave him pain meds. Then I just knew it wasn't that and took him back - the vet was very vague and said it was probably neurological in nature. Then today I took him to a different vet for another opinion - she did xrays and bloodwork - xrays are all fine, and we are waiting for the bloodwork on monday. We are also taking him to a vet neuro. on monday in Maryland (Dr. Schueler). Sometimes his legs seem worse than others. Since he hasn't lost any control of bowels/urination, he is very alert, happy, in NO pain, isn't running into walls, etc. - the vet has said it's most likely NOT in his brain - but neurological in his back. As I said, the xrays looked fine to her, no slipped disc, inflammation, ect. - Has ANYONE ever had anything similar or have any advice??? Please help! I'm taking him to the neuro on monday, so I should have more answers - I'm just on the edge of my seat - I just love my furbaby so much! It just hurts to see him go through this - is there any light at the end of the tunnel?? Thank you in advance for your time!
