There was an episode of "It's Me or the Dog" about a little Maltese who was afraid to walk on bare floors. Not sure if you can watch the episodes online.
Victoria used carpet squares to make a path for Pumpkin in the kitchen and used a lot of praise and encouragement. She gradually made the squares farther apart and removed some until Pumpkin was brave enough to cross the kitchen floor on her own. |
