You can also try herbal infusions, like jasmine tea. For a while, I would make a couple pitchers of tea, one with caffeine, and one without, and then ice them.
Also, not to go on and on and on about it... but I really love the Hint water. You can find them at Starbucks and Whole Foods, among other places. They are really neat - they taste exactly like water, but have a very strong aftertaste of different fruits. I drank four / day when I was quitting soda.
