I'm already making a list of suggestions. And you can bet when there is another application for a dog I am fostering I will do some checking myself. With this one I have a notary friend in that area I bet she would have made a visit for me. She is someone who loves dogs and I would have trusted her to make sure it was a good place for Fritz.
