I know exactly how you feel. I was a wreck when Aria got spayed at the beginning of December. I was so nervous & scared...I even took three days off of work (would have taken the whole week off if it was possible) to watch her. I felt bad having the e-collar on her so instead I watched her like a hawk the whole three days. Everywhere she went I was right behind her (paranoid mommy). She was really clingy and whiny the first couple days but day two I could definitely see that she was getting back to normal (although I was still babying her). She kept wanting to play chase and fetch. I was stressing out cause I didn't want her to run or jump so I would throw the ball only 2 feet (again paranoid mommy). The next few days that I had to go back to work we dropped her off at doggie day care and before we knew it she was all better. She's back to her old hyper self.....ahhhhh....
