I have used her potty pads for several about 4 or 5 years & always received them in a timely manner unless she tells me there will be a delay. I spoke with her today about placing an order and she reminded me the plant is closed the last two weeks of December and she is working hard to catch up her orders. She is also mentioned the amount of snow they have had recently. If you still haven't received them you might want to call her. I have tried other products and wasted my money. I have never communicated with her online, I prefer to order by phone. Hope this helps and you get your potty pads for your babies soon!
