GREAT post Ringo 1! A dog eating chocolate is very serious. Like you said, you don't wait around. You either go to a vet, emergency vet or get on the phone ASAP.My little one did fine after he threw up but untill then the lethargy was BAD. I was scared to death. I'm so thankfull he threw up when he did. The only reason I waited & watched for about 30min. after that was because I was a nurse for 26 years & saw that just about always if someone throws up they start feeling better right away. If he had shown any symptoms after he vomited that he was getting worse I would have left immediately for the clinic.
