Everyone has given good advise so I will recommend that you take the pup to the Vet to check him over to see if he is healthy.
My gang Zeke is 12.5lbs, Zack is 10.3lbs and Zipp is around 8.5lbs and they are 4, 5 and 16 yrs old. Just more to love and cuddle.
