If you dont buy it someone else is going too. Im notfor supporting puppy mills at all, but in all reality there going to be around for a long time if not forever. At least this way you know the puppy will have a good home. Idk, it would be too hard to look at the poor puppy, and then walk away knowing you could have "saved" it, gave it a good home
