My 9 month old yorkie also has a arched back, i always thought it was normal ( the arch is not too big) i first noticed it when she was only 5 months, i already took her 3 different vets n they all said that she is healthy n that is just the way her spine was developed, She doesnt seem to be in pain or anything... Hopefully all those vets r right!!
