I have no experience or advise, but please post this in the breeder section. tI just makes sense that a pup, that young and still a baby herself may have issues. Not only with the risk to her life, but if she survives the delivery, she may not be mature enough to handle being a mama and reject her babies. To say the least, I'm sure she would be terrified.
So very sorry this happened to you and will all the stress of moving too.
