I have an Outward Hound car seat that we got for Christmas in 2009. Not only does Riley love to sit in it and look around, and I'm training him to stay seated in it even after I've gone into the store, or bank, or wherever. I give him a treat once I come back to the van if he's still sitting there in his seat. (He can crawl out of his harness if I leave him hooked up while I'm gone, so I have to unhook him.)
People love seeing him sitting there too, especially while we're out driving. They laugh and point at Riley all the time, and he loves the attention...and he's safe!

I have the Outwardhound seat and I love it too.I am always too afraid someone would steal Buster if I left him in the car. But I live in LA and have had my car broken into before.
