Cosequin. There are so many brands and all pups will react differently, but Cosequin uses a source of glucosamine that is easily used by dogs. There are also studies backing it. Some other companies may be catching up by now, but a couple years ago they were definitely the leader.
It won't hurt a healthy dog. It is good for them. But I personally wouldn't be spending the money on a healthy dog. I usually don't supplement unless there is a need. Ellie has LP. She was asymptomatic with and without it (but her knee does crunch when jumping either way).
