Having a little pup is just like having a baby to take care of. Hopefully, he will get to the vet soon. It's important that you have him checked out. I think I would just wash him with a cloth and then make sure he gets dry quickly so he doesn't get chilled. I think a bath can be very stressful for some dogs. I'm glad to hear he is eating well.
