I know when I got Bella I had a signed agreement, that if anything like that showed up in the first year, she was guaranteed. Now what that means is what. My son's goldendoodle had a problem with one of his legs and their vet had quoted them a price to have the surgery done and when they contacted the hospital in PEI directly it was cheaper than their vet had said.
