I have a Harley too and he is only 17 weeks.
Your Harley is really young he should still be with his Mom and littermates until 12 weeks or older...I wouldn't bath him at all until at least 10 weeks..maybe you could take a washcloth and just wipe him down to get some of the smell off of him and dry him with a blow dryer good so he doesn't get cold.
