 update on Sophie...
I just received a call, Sophie finally had a night without vomiting and is
able to come home today. The Liver bile acid tests will be back
later today.
I have been doing extensive research on liver shunt along with
hypothyroidism which is another possible problem.
Is there anyone out there who can give me info and guidance
as to breeders responsibility if Sophie should have
congenital Liver Shunt?
I've been told if we need to get her surgery, it will mean
traveling to another province and an exorbitant amount of
money for the procedure or possible two procedures, along with
travel and hotel expenses.
I am so grateful to have found Yorkie talk....not only have I
found a great group of fellow yorkie lovers, but also a number of very
knowledgeable members.
I will keep you updated....please pray for Sophie..... |
