I agree with everyone, you need to see a specialist at this point, but please make sure the specialist is very knowledgable with Liver Shunts and small breeds. Cornell and U of Tenn are two of the best places, but I am sure there are others.
You are doing good with the new food and supplements. She 'may' need Lactulose and Metro as well.
