This is what I myself would expect of my Breeder...to do his/her homework to make sure that I am exactly who I say I am to the best of his/her ability...but, that's just me.  |
I wouldn't dream of placing a foster dog of mine with someone I didn't trust, I can't believe someone responsible would place one with someone they didn't trust. Not much love goin' on for the puppies, IMO.
