I am so glad to hear poor Piper is going to get help and I am filled with tears thinking how brave and loving you are to surrender Piper who you love so much. I am so angry at that breeder who put you and your dogs through all this pain and suffering. I really do not understand how people can be so uncaring and greedy but I know it happens all the time. Bless you and little Piper. I hope both your lives take a turn for the better as you both deserve a break.
