You are a wonderful Momma. I am truly sorry that you had to take this step, and that this horrible breeder did this to you twice. I will be praying for both you and the little fella. What you did was very brave and an inspiration to others whom may be in your shoes one day...
Please do not let this go with the breeder. I am not sure what the laws are, but there's gotta be some protection for you, she sent you two very sick pups, both having life threating conditions...not fare
