He just might be scared and sticks to what he's comfortable with, which is swimming. I didn't get my license till I was 20 because I was scared of failing the test. The only reason I got it was because I HAD to. I started working and my dad couldn't drive me to work and school. Now, I'm addicted to driving. If I can't drive my little speedster for a day or two, I get into a funky mood. Who knew?
