Sounds like time to start at the beginning again and act like you are house training for the very first time. Whenever they get away from their training this much, you need to start over. Did you crate train first time? Might try that. I am no good at that method as I give in to their whines too easily. Crate doors never close here when I am at home. It takes longer my way though and I am having a time of it myself with Annie. She is 6 months old and not house-trained with any degree of assurance yet
