It looks like her ears are heavy and shaving them would be great, the breeder should do this for you...and it looks like you might just have to tape hers to get them to stand...Joey wore blue painters tape on his ears until he was about 16 weeks old...I would tape them and leave them up for 3 days...the third day take off the tape and they would stand for about 12 to 24 hours then drop back down...at 15 weeks they would stay up for a day or so then back down...after the 16th week they started standing pretty much all the time until he would get tired... then after nap they would perk back up....But she is adorable....and looks soooo sweet.
