I feel your pain...believe me. All I can say is get them outside as soon as possible when you see they might pee and reward them profusely for it.

One thing I did was to set up an area where I would put them til they peed.. but if I didn`t watch them I had no idea which one would be successful and I would reward them both with a treat.. hoping they would catch on.

The area was the size of a play pen with a pee pad covering 1/2 of the area. I used a small hallway near a pantry in the kitchen with 2 baby gates. I also got one of those indoor green pad (looks like fake grass) things and Max seems to like using that. I praise him up the wazoo for it but my only problem now is he thinks if he merely goes to sit on the pad he will get a treat. It's kind of funny.. but it's my own fault. He showed me his success and I rewarded him for it with a treat..

They got used to going outside and then started going in front of the back door on the floor so I moved the pee-pad and green fake grass thing there.. it's a bit awkward to step around but they do go there now 90% of the time instead of on bedding. I'm still too chicken to have them sleep with me so they are crated at night.. and they are now 9 months old so getting through the night more often without going on their own bedding.
