My mother used to make the most delicious Goulash. It seems like all she put in it was ground beef, macaroni, onion and tomatoes, maybe some tomatoe sauce. That's all I can remember being in it anyway.
No matter how hard or how many times I try, I just can't make good Goulash.
For one thing, I always overcook the pasta (yuk).
Does anyone have a great Goulash recipe they're willing to share? Please include cooking instruction and times, as I'm not the best cook in the world.
