I just went through a similar experience with my Persian
, Tallulah when all of a sudden she turned her nose up at her regular cat food, Canidae.
I had noticed when I opened this new bag of food that the kibbles looked a little bit lighter in color than usual...apparently, she noticed that, too...lol
However, after adding some enticing boiled chicken to the dry kibble and then eventually weaning her of those extra treats...she's back to her old self and seems content.
Will be crossing my fingers for the next new bag of food for no new surprises!
