We get mad all the time at unscrupulous breeders then when one shows up and has denied someone, she is scolded for not offering Yorkie 101 when its obvious its going to take much more than answering a few questions, silly or otherwise. This is the point I am trying to make.
I believe every question deserves an answer whether you are going to make a sale or not. I personally love to share my knowledge with anyone.

I had a buyer call me the other day, she had only had the puppy a day, and she was concerned as to what to do, because the puppy cried everytime she was out of the puppy's sight.

I assured this was a normal thing for puppies durning the adjustment. Told her she could either let the puppy cry, or go and carry her around, warning her that she did not want to start anything that she did not want to become a habit.

She called me back last night and said they puppy is getting along well and no longer cries when she is out of sight.

I did not feel that she was unfit to have the puppy just because she didn't realize it would cry once she got her home.
