Yes it does! It can do 720p video. I tested it the night I got it, I walked around the house and took video of Layla, and took video of Scott cooking, did some closeups of his face lol... It turned out well though! The one complaint I had read about the camera is that when you playback the video, you can hear the zoom going in and out, which you can, but I don't think it's a big deal!
