I'm sure it has made some people aware that you have to shake it, that didn't think about it before.

As for the customer service part, I appreciate you informing us of your experience as well. I appreciate hearing about any companys customer service good or bad. I do tend to use comany's that have gotten good reviews with not only thier product but also with their customer service. I have heard several good things about this comany and I hope this is an isolated incident(it doesn't really help you if it is though).

I also have to say I think that if they should've given you a new bottle you shouldn't have had to ask. You contacted them with your problem and good customer service would've been to try and solve it, but this is just my opinion hope you find a solution or another product that you like. I feel sorry for your pups, I'm sure they aren't feeling so hot right now.

Thanks, Courtney. No, my pups are not feeling too hot right now, but an exhibitor breeder friend of mine gave me a great suggestion, and it has helped a lot. She told me to thoroughly saturate their coats with water, then mix a teaspoon of vinegar and 1 qt. warm water, run it through their hair to remove product build-up that using the oatmeal portion of the shampoo didn't remove, rinse, then shampoo them with Baby Magic Foaming Calming Milk Bath.

I did that on 3 rescues I groomed again on Saturday, and their foster moms let me know, they're not scratching as much.
