Pook,my yorkie was going through a same kind of rash/skin condition. Id taken her to the vet on several occasions,but he only gave me a peroxide shampoo to bath her in. It helped but her skin never cleared up. I read that adding about a tsp of ACV to her water(about a cup),and I put a tsp of EVOO on her food,and her skin is in perfect condition now. Her hair is growing,shiny and her eyes arent tearing up anymore. You can also use a mixture of ACV and water and use it directly on her skin. Earthclinic.com has helpful info about it.
