I think you were unable to post again in the earlier thread because it was closed. What I get from your posts is that you were wanting a small Yorkie (around 5 pounds) but got much more than you expected.

First off, I hope your new pups are doing well and thriving. In your post, you indicated that you have sold the pups. I hope that isn't the case and that you have only taken deposits on them as Yorkie pups should be kept until 12 weeks before going to their new home. With yours being born in early December, they are much too young to leave their Mom.

As for color. The standard call for a Yorkie to be a blue and tan dog. While there are some that remain black, most do turn to a shade of blue. Many people make the mistake of registering their pup as black and tan as that is what they see at the time. That doesn't necessarily mean the dog remained that color.

As for size. There is a growth chart to go by in estimating the adult size of a Yorkie. While it is not completely accurate, you can generally get a good idea of the pup's adult size by the 12 week mark. Anything before that is too early to tell and even at 12 weeks it's only an estimate. Here's the link for the growth chart. Yorkshire Terrier - Yorkie Puppy Growth/Weight Chart - watch us grow

Now you have bred a 12 pound boy to an 11 pound girl. Though anything is possible, it's likely the pups will be near the parents' size and could grow beyond that. If both parents are blue and tan, the pups probably will be, too, but anything could pop up from further back in their ancestry.

You also state that the sire is AKC and the Dam is CKC (Continental). Unless you can prove AKC lineage on the Mom, you'll have to register the sire with CKC in order to have the pups registered.
