Bless you for all you do to help those precious pups! What in the law is making the puppymillers dump their dogs? Are they limiting how many they can have? If so, that is great -- horrible the way they want to take care of being over limit, but at least maybe they will have fewer to abuse in the future.
Whenever I read of this I look at mine, and cannot imagine how people could be a part of hurting little ones like them! Someday it will all be illegal and people will wonder at how barbaric we were in this century. But for now..... thankful there are so many rescues working hard against them.
