well, then that's not the problem. I'm curious as well because sometimes mine cough and and their harness is no where near their throat...
AllDogBoots, I thought you had said that the easy walk set higher than the BB, the diaphragm is right at the bottom of the ribcage (I think) and so I thought maybe that was the issue... evidently not
