Even though we all wish they didn't cough while pulling on the leash, I am relieved to know that Fancy is not the only one. I was thinking it had something to do with pressure on the chest. Fancy gets so excited she will be walking on her hind legs pullings. I try to correct her but I guess we need alot more work. I usually wind up carrying her if we go somewhere where there are people walking since she is so small.
