Eye infections require immediate treatment to prevent them from getting worse and possibly causing damage to eyesight.
My Chloe had conjunctivitis last year- I took her in the second I saw a drop of discharge- she was still on meds for 14 days and then the infection came back a few days later and she needed to be put back on meds for 10 more days.
Eyes are something I do NOT fool around with or wait and see.
